After Day 16 I decided to just experience the process rather than chronicle each day. Hence, the end of my daily challenge blog posts.
I was "in the zone". I missed a few sessions so at the very end of the challenge I did THREE doubles in a row. I can successfully report that I completed the ENTIRE 30 Day Bikram Yoga Challenge! It was a wonderful experience for me and I hope to do it again! It was tough making it to the studio. I work 40 hours a week outside of the home but was still able to work it out! Thankfully I have a loving & supportive husband who cared for our son so that I can have 90 minutes to take care of my mind & body! I have never felt stronger or healthier. My migraines were gone, aches and pains no more, I was eating well, sleeping well, and felt so accomplished. I did it! I am happily sharing a celebratory picture taken after swimming in sweat for 90 minutes!
Congratulations!!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations Cynthia!
ReplyDeleteVery cool! Congrats!!
ReplyDeleteThat picture makes me want to do Bikram again. I did it several years ago (pre kids) and loved it so much. The sweating was awesome and I just felt so cleansed afterwards. Thirty days is a great accomplishment. Congrats to you!!!
